How do I mount the Aunt Flow dispenser?

Each Aunt Flow Free-Vend Menstrual Dispenser comes with the tools needed to adhere OR drill the dispenser to the wall. Use our high-grade double sided tape to adhere the dispenser to dry-wall, tile, or other smooth surfaces. For extra strength and durability, use our included bolts to screw the dispenser into your wall.

How can I become an Aunt Flow Advocate?

Aunt Flow Advocates have an opportunity to get compensated for advocating for menstrual products in their favorite business bathrooms. Want to get paid for getting Aunt Flow tampons and pads in your local gym? Apply to be an Aunt Flow Advocate.

Does Aunt Flow offer a subscription box?

Aunt Flow primarily works with businesses and schools to stock their bathrooms. Because so many people were asking for our products, we partnered with LuckyBloke, who offers our products in smaller packs with a subscription option. You can order HERE.

How can I get donated products for my organization in need?

You can request donated menstrual products from Period Inc., our national beneficiary partner. Make sure to let them know that Aunt Flow sent you!

Who does Aunt Flow donate menstrual products to?

Aunt Flow donates products to our national partner, Period Inc. Period in a registered 501c3 that distributes menstrual products to people in need in the USA.

Does Aunt Flow give back?

YES! Claire Coder, our founder, started Aunt Flow to ensure everyone has access to menstrual products. For every 10 tampons and pads we sell, we donate one to a menstruator in need. In the past year we donated over 350,000 tampons and pads.

How much does shipping cost?

Aunt Flow charges a flat fee of $10 for all orders.

How can I track my shipment?

When you placed an order, we send an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Where does product ship from?

Aunt Flow products ship from Cleveland, Ohio.

How long does it take to ship?

Product ships the same day when orders are placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday. Standard ground shipping can take 2-4 days depending on your location.
